Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Go to DXPortable.com and click on the "Login" button in the top-right corner.

Enter your username and password, then click "Login".

Step 2: Navigate to the User Menu

Once logged in, hover over the "Add Chaser Log" in the user menu.

Click on "Add Chaser Log" to open the form.

Step 3: Select Activation

You must select the correct activation because it will not be confirmed if you choose the wrong one. Make sure you choose the right date and the right activators. Activators might sometimes get confused and upload their log on the wrong date. Note, if you have all data correct and there's one left you need to check, try to pick another activation event if the date is wrong. When you choose a correct activation, the Activator Callsign will be selected automatically with your Callsign.

Select the Correct Band from the dropdown menu.

Fill in the required fields, such as frequency, mode, rst sent/receive, date, time, Propagation mode & Satellite name if you are making a satellite QSO.

Review the information you have entered to ensure accuracy. Make sure these elements below are correct and match with the activator to get the QSO Confirmed by the system:
1. Activations
2. Callsign
3. Band
4. Date & Time (There's a 30-minute tolerance in time)

Step 4: Click Create

Click the Create button to add the entry to your chaser log.

Just in case your QSO is not confirmed, please use the Update/Delete button to make corrections. This option is only available on the unconfirmed QSO.

Step 5: Review and Edit Entries

To review your log entries, go to the "Log" tab and click on the My Chaser log button.

  • Discoverability: Open your program to the world for sponsorship, ensuring your unique activation reaches a broader audience.
  • Flexibility: Activate unlisted programs immediately as a solo activator and gain points, confirmations, and other benefits.

6. Monitoring and Sponsorship:

  1. Keep an eye on potential sponsors for your program.
  2. Once sponsored, your program will be listed on DXPMaps, and you can conduct group activations.
